Anti-inflammatory smoothie

What's better than a smoothie that doesn't irritate your system? How about one that is chock-full of probiotics and antioxidants to give your digestive system a boost?

- 1 cup low-fat Lifeway blueberry kefir

- 1 natural kefir cup1/2 banana frozen

- 1/2 cup beets grated beets or chopped

- 3/4 cup blueberries, frozen

- 1/2 tsp organic honey

Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
