Smoked salmon pasta

Fish and spinach are foods that are great mood lifters because they contain high amounts of Omega 3s, tryptoprophan, and magnesium that improve one’s well-being. That’s why this smoked salmon pasta will make your whole body happy!


● 1 pound linguine pasta

● 1 ½ tbsp. garlic infused olive oil

● 9 oz. smoked salmon pieces (already cooked)

● 4 cups baby spinach

● ½ cup low FODMAP chicken stock (can be subbed with vegetable stock)

● 1 ⅓ tbsp. Flour

● ½ cup lactose free milk

● ½ oz. dil

● Grated pecorino cheese for topping


  1. Cook pasta according to box direction, drain and set aside.

  2. Heat the garlic infused olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Then add smoked salmon pieces, baby spinach leaves and chicken stock. Mix around until the sauce is slightly thick and spinach leaves are starting to wilt.

  3. In a separate bowl, add flour and milk and whisk until the flour is dissolved. Then, pour mixture into the pan while stirring.

  4. Then, add pasta and dill. Stir until pasta is coated and the sauce is thick.

  5. Sprinkle it with pecorino cheese and serve.
